“They say the best camera is the one that you have on you and most of the time for me and every day life, that’s my phone camera. I’ve always enjoyed being able to capture moments as they happen and this was no exception. I had some time to kill before meeting a friend for dinner and the sky behind the Capitol building was perfect that night so I grabbed my phone and snapped a few shots before waking to the restaurant.

Fun Fact: the statue atop the building actually points towards Washington, DC our nation’s capital.”
