Sigma is poised to launch a new digital SLR called the SD14, according to a teaser that has appeared on the company?s website.

Expected to be unveiled on 26 September – at the Photokina trade show in Cologne, Germany ? the camera will feature a ?full colour capture direct image sensor?, according to the website. This seems to suggest that the camera will feature a new version of the Foveon image sensor.
