After a successful Kickstarter launch earlier this year, Peak Design’s Pro Tripods have now gone on general sale from retailers and on the company’s website. And, because it’s Black Friday season, they are already on sale, with 5% off the recommended retail prices. So if you missed them the first time around, now might be the time to snap one up.
These Pro Tripods are an evolution of the firm’s extremely popular and much-imitated Travel Tripod, with the same type of space saving design. But they’re now built for heavier-duty use, with four-section legs and a larger, more robust ball head. There are three models – Pro, Pro Tall, and Pro Lite – which share essentially the same design, but differ in terms of height and weight.
Here’s a summary of the key specs of each of the three models, along with their full and discounted prices:

| Max height | 162.5cm | 168.4cm | 197.4cm |
