The new Nikon Ambassadors were today named as photographer Leon Neal, David Yarrow and Jeremy Walker.
Neal is a news photographer who began his career at The Times and now works for AFP.
Yarrow, who pursued a passion for photography after a successful career in finance, is renowned for his images of remote landscapes and endangered animals.
Walker is an award-winning photographer who specialises in landscape and location photography.
The Nikon Ambassador initiative involves the photographers working with Nikon to promote the brand at seminars, on social media and in PR campaigns.
Nikon UK’s group marketing manager Jeremy Gilbert said: ‘Since the launch of the Ambassador scheme, in 2013, we have seen some amazing talent in our line-up.
‘Through the ambassadors we are able to engage with our customers, but most importantly, inspire enthusiasts to take a step up with their photography.’
Gilbert added: ‘The scheme has allowed us to formally acknowledge some of the country’s leading photographers in their fields and collaborate with them creatively to communicate the ‘I AM Different’ message.’
