Elinchrom has announced its latest portable battery-powered photography light, the Elinchrom THREE. Aimed at both for beginners and professionals alike, whether you’re shooting portraits or events and weddings, the compact and lightweight strobe offers 1.2 second recycling time and 525 full-power flashes on a single charge.

The Elinchrom THREE features ‘Active Charging’ meaning that it can be charged by any USB-C power source whilst photographing, so you don’t need to worry about running out of power mid-shoot. The user-friendly touch-screen provides effortless control and the built-in Bridge feature lets you remote control from your smartphone or computer with the Elinchrom App.

The Elinchrom THREE is available from 18th October for $999 / £979. The kit includes an OCF diffusion dome, heavy-duty Profoto adapter, 65W charger and carry case.
