Published through Penguin Random House, What I See is a collection of around 300 photographs taken by (and of) the 17-year-old social media star, giving viewers an insight into his world. Beckham announced the upcoming release of his book to his 8.8 million Instagram followers, and the post has since been ‘liked’ more than 150,000 times.
According to the publisher Penguin, What I See is “a series of snapshots of his life. Each chapter tells a different story through pictures accompanied by captions and passages of text in his own words. Unique, authentic and stylish, What I See is a glimpse behind the lens.” The brand’s managing director, Francesca Dow says, “This book will give the fans a broader insight into the world seen through his unique and creative perspective.”
With over 700 images on Beckham’s Instagram feed, including black-and-white self-portraits, he clearly has a passion for photography. Brooklyn told Miss Vogue last year that he’s “hoping to study art and photography in the US.”
A limited number of signed copies are available for UK pre-order now at Waterstones or WHSmith.
