Shooting for the likes of National Geographic and Sports Illustrated for over 30 years, as well as commercial clients such as Nikon and FedEx, Joe McNally has often been voted one of the most influential photographers of the past decade.
To many he’s known as a wizard of flash photography, with his books and workshops in high demand.
In December, AP readers were invited to attend this free seminar to watch Joe McNally as he revealed, in simple and straightforward language, the secrets of lighting.
Nikon School
The Nikon School, based at the Nikon Centre of Excellence in central London, aims to educate and inspire photographers and help them reach their creative potential. Courses cater for photographers at every level; from the beginner right through to professional, with range of master classes, seminars and workshops on offer.
Courses range from product specific sessions to technique based training, such as location fashion shoots, capturing candid street portraits, making HD video films, inspiring landscapes and wildlife photography. The combination of theory and hands-on practical assignments allow delegates to put what they’ve learned into practice.
Courses are led by the Nikon training team, Nikon Ambassadors and professional photographers who are experts in their field of photography.
