The show has grabbed headlines since opening to the public last week, winning plaudits from observers including renowned wildlife photographer and cameraman Doug Allan.
Presenting 2015 winner Marsel van Oosten with his award, at a private view, Allan said: ‘I’ve been blown away by the quality of so many of the images, and not just the winners.’
He added: ‘It really reminds me of the power of the still.’

The shots are on display until 4 September at 10 Stockwell Street, Greenwich (part of the University of Greenwich).
Meanwhile, Travel Photographer of the Year 2016, is open for entries.
Boasting a £30,000 prize pot, the contest gives photography enthusiasts, semi-pros and professionals the chance to win top prizes and gain worldwide exposure.
This year, organisers have teamed up with brands including Fujifilm, which will present a Fuji X-series camera to all three portfolio category winners.
Entries can be submitted online via www.tpoty.com, or as prints.
It costs £8 to enter the single-image categories and £15 to enter the portfolio, New Talent and HD Video categories.
It is free to enter the Young Travel Photographer of the Year.
