The missing gear includes a Nikon D800E
Michael Becket has warned photographers to be on the lookout for cameras and lenses thought to be worth more than £6,000 stolen from his London home.
Becket wants photographers and dealers to be made aware of the missing Leica, Nikon and Sony items because the culprits may try to sell them.
He told Amateur Photographer: ‘This is a warning that some pond life burgled my flat and stole these cameras, just one week before I was due to do a photoshoot for a Notting Hill charity.’
He added: ‘If you are offered any of these cameras or lenses, please call the police.’
