Ginny Marsh used a Canon EOS 5D Mark II to take the winning shot in the In Vogue photography competition, which was hosted by the Society of International Fashion and Glamour Photographers.
Ginny, who captured the image for a hat shot in Farnham, said: ‘I used a large beauty dish overhead with reflector underneath on the model’s lap, plus a light behind the model, lighting the background.’
Phil Jones, CEO of the Society of International Fashion and Glamour Photographers, added: ‘Ginny’s image caught the judges’ eye with simple composition, pleasing lighting, and an attractive subject, which elegantly fulfils the criteria.’
