Sigma has once again delayed the launch of its long-awaited SD15 DSLR, Amateur Photographer understands.
The SD15 – the debut of which has already been delayed numerous times since it was first announced two years ago – was due for its UK debut this month.
However, Sigma Japan has since said that the ?camera is now going through the final checking stages and should be available at the end of June?.
The SD15, which was due out last year, will house the same 14-million-pixel Foveon X3 imaging sensor employed in Sigma’s current DSLR, the SD14.
Features on this, Sigma’s fourth DSLR, are set to include a 3in LCD screen (460,000-dot resolution) and a True II image-processing engine.
