Commenting on the move, which took effect from 1 July, Pentax Ricoh Imaging UK’s general manager Jonathan Martin said: ‘We are very excited about the addition of Ricoh cameras to our portfolio.
‘The new arrangement will enable us to offer an efficient, streamlined, service with one point of contact for both product ranges.’
Ricoh owns the Pentax brand after a deal struck last year.
