In an historic move, Leica has confirmed plans to produce a special one-off version of its M9 full-frame digital camera.
The specially crafted Leica M9 will mark the 125th year of publication of Amateur Photographer (AP), the UK’s oldest consumer photographic magazine.
The AP 125th Anniversary edition Leica M9 – only one of which will be supplied – will come with a Leica 35mm f/2 Summicron-M Asph lens in a kit worth more than £6,700.
To be in with a chance of winning the camera, photographers must look out for eight special numbered tokens, one per issue starting in the magazine’s issue dated 10 October 2009.
Entrants will need to collect six differently numbered tokens in total to qualify for entry into the draw.
Competition entry forms will appear in two issues of AP, as well as in this download area.
