We’ve been patiently waiting for a replacement to the X-T1 and it has finally arrived in the form the X-T2. In essence the new model combines Fujifilm’s latest sensor and AF system from the X-Pro2 with an updated version of the X-T1’s body, however many more refinements and improvements have been made. Further information about the X-T2’s new features can be found by reading our Fujifilm X-T2 hands on first look review.
With an opportunity to get our hands on one of the first working samples, we took up the opportunity to head along to the European launch of the camera in Paris before visiting the LeMans Classic 2016 motor racing event to shoot with the camera. The images below were taken over a period of six-hours with a pre-production sample of the X-T2. We’ve been told we can expect our full review sample to arrive within a month so watch this space!
