Canon will next month launch a new 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS lens, a telephoto aimed at ?aspiring photographers?.
The EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS II is designed to be used with cameras such as the EOS 550D, 600D and 60D, DSLRs it comes bundled with as a double-lens kit alongside the EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II.
The lens will also be available separately, priced £329.99.
Features include Canon?s ?four-stop? Image Stabiliser (IS), an Ultra-low Dispersion lens element and Super Spectra Coatings which aim to deliver ?glare-free images?.
