Scott McDonald was suspended after he made a rude gesture in response to the photography incident, which took place while he was driving a National Express Dundee bus in August last year.

The driver is reported to have raised a middle finger to the ‘bus spotter’ and the gesture shown on the BBC’s Have I Got News For You.

Dundee Employment Tribunal ruled that McDonald be awarded £5,516.47 in compensation, a tribunal spokesperson confirmed to Amateur Photographer yesterday.
