Ricoh has today unveiled a pocket-sized 6.1-million-pixel digital compact camera called the Caplio RR630 which is due out next month priced £129.99.
Powered by AA batteries and weighing 150g (without batteries and SD memory card) the RR630 sports a 3x f/2.8 optical zoom designed to deliver the 35mm viewing angle of a 36-108mm lens.
Also on board is a 2in LCD screen and four scene modes: portrait, landscape, sports and night.
The newcomer also boasts macro focusing down to 6cm and a movie mode.
