Features on the magnesium-bodied newcomer include a 50mm f/2.8 lens designed to deliver the 35mm equivalent of a 75mm lens.
A Sigma spokesman said: ‘With the release of the Sigma dp3 Quattro, photographers can suit cameras to each photography style; the Sigma dp1 Quattro for wideangle photography; the Sigma dp2 Quattro for standard photography; and Sigma dp3 Quattro for mid-telephoto and macro-range photography.’
A launch date has yet to be decided.
