A new 10-million-pixel digital compact camera is set to debut from Minox, priced £199.

Due to hit UK stores in November the Minox DC 1033 will sport a 5x zoom and 2.7in screen. The lens delivers the 35mm viewing angle equivalent of a 37-185mm zoom.

Features include smile detection, panorama, portrait and landscape.

The spec sheet states the manual white balance settings as incandescent, daylight, cloudy and fluorescent.
