Wildlife photography fans should make their way to Park Cameras’ flagship store in West Sussex on Saturday, 7 May, for their Wildlife Event 2016, giving visitors the opportunity to get hands-on with the latest cameras and accessories.
Technical experts from Canon, Nikon, Leica and other major photo-imaging companies will be present to show off their latest and greatest products – including the Canon EOS-1D X Mark II, Nikon D5 and Nikon D500.
Visitors will also be able to get up close and personal with a variety of rare British birds of prey – including a Peregrine Falcon and the rare Red Kite – to both photograph and handle, courtesy of Hawkeye Falconry.
Plus, there’s promised to be a whole host of special offers on products only available to those who visit on the day.

Park Cameras, one of the UK’s leading independent photographic retailers are holding an event at their flagship store in Burgess Hill, West Sussex – and it’s dedicated to all things wildlife and getting the most out of the summer! Held on Saturday 7th May 2016, they’ll have technical experts from leading brands including Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Leica, Vanguard, Manfrotto, Swarovski, Celestron and Opticron.

Visiting Park Cameras on the 7th May will be a fantastic opportunity to try out the very latest optical equipment with the new expanded range of optics available from Park Cameras. Not only will you be able to touch-and-try many products in their large flagship store, there will also be an outdoor area with brands such as Canon, Leica and Swarovski demonstrating their range of products.
On site will be a varied selection of birds of prey that are all native to the British Isles, including Britain’s smallest native Owl and a rare chance to see a Red Kite up-close!
You’ll be able to get up close to this range of magnificent birds, and visit a range of outdoor stands to allow you to test out the latest gear. If you’re bringing your camera, ensure you bring some memory, as you’ll be able to take photos for you to take away and keep! Experts from Hawkeye Falconry will also be available to teach you more about the variety of birds that Park Cameras will have on display, and will even let you handle some of the birds if you’re feeling adventurous!
The Park Cameras Wildlife event will also be a fantastic opportunity to get hands on with some of the most exciting new Digital SLRs to appear on the market this year, as they’ll have the Canon EOS-1D X Mark II, Nikon D5 and the Nikon D500 all available for you to get hands-on with.
