Leading the range is the Pixma TS9050 that, like its siblings, offers Wi-Fi connectivity with smart devices, but it also boasts wireless connection between multiple computers via an Ethernet connection.
The TS9050 (pictured) also sports the largest touchscreen in the range, measuring 5cm.
The entry-level TS5050 is the only one of the quartet without a touchscreen, instead featuring a 3in LCD. However, like the mid-range TS9050 and TS8050, it can print images direct from an SD memory card.
The flagship TS9050 also allows users to add creative filters via the touchscreen.
The TS9050 and TS8050 use an additional grey ink tank and ‘enhanced’ photo black ink to provide richer details in dark and shaded areas, according to Canon, which is squarely targeting these two models at enthusiasts.
