Pentax has unveiled a new lens, exclusively designed for use on its digital SLRs.
The 70mm Pentax-DA f/2.4 Limited lens boasts an ?ultra-thin? pancake design, measures 26mm long and weighs 130g.
The newcomer is designed to deliver the 35mm viewing angle equivalent of a 107mm optic, making it ideal for portraiture, for example, explains Pentax.
The KAF-mount lens features a minimum focusing distance of 0.7m and a maximum magnification of 0.12x.
