Rare images of Marilyn Monroe, depicting her early years as an aspiring actress, are set to go on show in London next month to mark 50 years since the star?s untimely death.
Images for the exhibition, simply called ?Marilyn?, have been plucked from the vast archives of Getty Images.
They will go on show alongside original film costumes and dresses worn by the Hollywood legend.
Louise Garczewska, director of the Getty Images Gallery ? where the show will take place ? said the photographs will give the public ?rare and unparalleled access to Marilyn?s life’.
The exhibition will run from 9 March-23 May at Getty Images Gallery, 46 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DX. Prints will also go on sale.
