Harry was studying film and television production at Greenwich University in London.
His body was found in the sea at Carswell Bay, in the Noss Mayo area of South Devon.
‘Harry, 18, was reported missing after leaving his home in Newton Ferrers on 2 January to take photographs in stormy weather,’ said a spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police.
Members of the public had joined police and other agencies in the search for Harry along 20 miles of coastline.
Police confirmed that formal identification of the body took place on Wednesday and that Harry’s family have been informed.
